Stephen has been representing clients in federal and state courts and before other adjudicatory bodies throughout his career. He has enjoyed Martindale-Hubbell’s highest Av rating for ethics and competence for over 40 years and was certified as a Charter Diplomate in Civil Trial Advocacy by the American Board of Trial Advocacy. He has received postgraduate education in forensic medicine, technical and scientific proofs and advanced trial techniques and strategies. Attorney Wanger has represented seriously injured persons as well as the families of those who have lost a loved one as a result of the negligent conduct of others, since 1984.  She litigates personal injury claims and death cases in the setting of a boutique law firm that handles many different kinds of cases resulting in serious personal injury or death, including motor vehicle, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, liquor liability, construction site injuries and more…

 

She has obtained numerous results in excess of one million dollars on behalf of her clients.

 

In addition to serious personal injury cases, Attorney Wanger has, throughout her career, represented parties in all aspects of divorce and family law litigation and mediation, including separation agreements, child custody and parenting plans, alimony, child support, pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements, modification and contempt proceedings.  She has been appointed by the Courts and served on numerous occasions as Guardian Ad Litem on behalf of children.

 

Attorney Wanger has served on panels for MCLE and is a 1979 graduate of New England Law School and a 1976 Cum Laude graduate of Boston University.
